As a TREKK CADD Technician II, your job would entail, but not be limited to, preparation of design plans including design drafting, assisting with proposal development, plan production, quality control and assisting with the calculation of quantities. You will work directly with the project managers and design staff to deliver design projects to our clients.
Design drafting in compliance with proper drafting standards to produce quality plan sets.
Maintain accurate, legible and organized records of work completed.
Manage your time to assist with the financial well-being of your projects.
Provide Quality Analysis and Reviews of prepared plans.
Provide accurate time and expense reporting.
Maintain a 85% billable rate.
Desired Skills and Experience
A working knowledge of MicroStation, Open Roads, Excel, and Word.
Must be able to work effectively in team situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
Participate in and encourage a collaborative approach.
Must be able to follow specific, detailed instructions to carry out routine to moderately difficult tasks.
Certificate/Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in CADD Drafting or a closely related field requiring equivalent coursework.
One year of prior experience as a CADD Technician.
